Cancellation Policy

Thank you for understanding that our time is important. We kindly ask you give us more than 48 hour notice if you can not make your appointment. Because is difficult for us to fill our schedule under 48 hours you will be charged for 50% of your scheduled service. If you do not show up for an appointment or you late to your appointment, and we are unable to preform your service, you will be charged 100% of you scheduled service. Please reach out to your stylist directly if you have any questions.
